i appreciated the welcome glass of prosecco upon my arrival. my bags were promptly taken to my room, it was a very nice touch. the evening buffet was amazing with many options to choose from. omar made my first night so enjoyable with his really good service.

I found the spa reservation system inconvenient. I wasn't informed about this requirement beforehand.

My room faced the road, it had some noise. also, i noticed smokers near the pool area. It was less enjoyable. designated smoking areas would improve the space.

The location was very convenient. the marina was a short walk away and taxis were readily available. It was easy to get around. the room was clean and the bed was large.

the food quality was not great at all. breakfast seemed to include only the cheapest options, and there was a lack of traditional spanish breakfast items.

I felt disappointed with my room. the bathroom looked very old and needed an update BADLY. the shower barely worked. It was more LIKE a trickle. ALSO, the food at breakfast wasn't good. The juice tasted fake and cheap. I REALLY expected more for the price i paid for this place.

The housekeeping was inconsistent . Some days the room was super clean. Other days, it felt rushed with missed spots. The air conditioning was also not very effective. It struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the warmer afternoons. I found myself adjusting it constantly (without much success).
